Return Policy

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand.
That’s why we offer a 90 days, no hassle return policy after the delivery date for all our hand made products at Planterbands. 

 

Return Policy Does Not Apply to Product Purchases with a Discount Code or sale items.
 

We accept return requests for items that are unused, The product(s) should be in their original packaging, if possible. (I know I toss out my packaging) Please wrap the product, so that we receive it in the same condition it was received.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Order

I am doing my best to ensure product quality and order accuracy.

But sometimes mistakes happen and I sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens.

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please send an email along with a picture of the product to daniel@planterband.com Once I receive your email and verify the issue, I will get a replacement or refund sent to you right away, as customer satisfaction means everything.
